Project Manager / Office Manager / Internet Marketing

We're looking for a top-notch Online Project Manager. The position will require strong organizational skills, technical and team leadership skills, project management and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for the over-sight of all aspects of our back office and virtual team management.You will organize our existing infrastructure, participate in developing new systems for better operations of our team, training new team members, overseeing and critiquing their work and insuring all work gets done to company standards, on time and within budget. Experience with web design and online marketing is essential. Knowledge of the interior design industry is a plus. Proficient experience with a service such as FengOffice or Basecamp is required.

Essential Job Functions:
- Exceptional, demonstrated ability in managing the day-to-day activities of a virtual team with multiple ongoing projects.
- Ability to plan, execute and deliver projects on-time and within-budget.
- Design, collect and analyze web metrics and track process improvements.- Hire, mentor, coach and train team members using Odesk.
- Design and implement programs, policies, procedures and processes to design, build, and install top quality products.
- Ability to understand process problems and present detailed recommendations on how to solve them.- Ensure that team follows prescribed best practices and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Direct, write, edit and design sales copy and/or project specifications, as needed.

Tactical Responsibilities:
- Manage work flow, tasks and virtual team using FengOffice.com and Sugar.com
- Make sure virtual team completes work on time
- Update our Wordpress blog- Update our newsletter in Constant Contact
- Write short promotions/sales letters for our newsletter/blog
- Review articles from writers for grammar, flow, style, content and cohesion
- Internet research
- Report issues/errors
- Compile monthly reports
- Add content/posts to blogs, as needed
- Add links to blogs, as needed
- Upload files to server via FTP
- Set up PayPal buttons
- Aweber autoresponder management
- Copywriting
- Knowledge of web design/graphics is a mustBasically, you will be responsible for completing projects on time, and insuring they are done correctly.
